Alzamantes
The Milan-based band was formed in 2010 with the intention of bringing back forgotten European folk sounds and repurposing them in an overwhelming and unmistakable rock format.
So it happens that a mind-boggling ethnomusical repertoire comes to life, ranging from Salento pizziches to Irish jigs, through original compositions, suites and traditional folk songs. Also featured in the live show are Balfolk dances from the Mediterranean to Northern Europe.
Here is hard folk that makes you travel, dance and sweat!
