TICKETS
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through the Ciaotickets circuit or at all Ciaotickets outlets nationwide. Tickets can also be purchased at the festival box office - depending on availability. The box office will be open starting Wednesday, July 31st at 07:00 a.m.
N.B. The on-site ticket office will remain open for the duration of the festival, except for the night period from 03 AM to 07 AM.
What types of tickets are available?
There are various ticket types and three sales phases:
1) from 19 February to 30 March - Early Birds - maximum number of tickets 5000
- FULL season ticket x 1 person for 4 days - 70 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Wednesday 31 July to Sunday 4 August.
- FULL season ticket x 1 person for 3 days - 58 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL COMMUNITY Season Ticket x 6 people for 4 days - 396 EUR (66 EUR per person) + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Wednesday 31st July to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL COMMUNITY x 6 people for 3 days - 330 EUR (55 EUR per person) + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August.
2) from 2nd April to 30th June - Spring Offer - maximum number of tickets 5000
- FULL Pass x 1 person for 4 days - 73 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the duration of the festival, including camping, from Wednesday 31st July to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL Pass x 1 person for 3 days - 61 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL season ticket x 1 person for 2 days - 48 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Friday 2nd August to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL COMMUNITY Season Ticket x 6 people for 4 days - 420 EUR (70 EUR per person) + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Wednesday 31st July to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL COMMUNITY Season Ticket x 6 people for 3 days - 348 EUR (58 EUR per person) + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL COMMUNITY season ticket for 6 people for 2 days - 276 EUR (46 EUR per person) + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Friday 2nd August to Sunday 4th August.
3) from 2nd July to 28th July - Summer Offer - maximum number of tickets 1000
- FULL Pass x 1 person for 4 days - 78 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Wednesday 31st July to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL Pass x 1 person for 3 days - 68 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL TICKET x 1 person for 2 days - 53 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Friday 2nd August to Sunday 4th August.
- DAY TICKET x 1 person - 28 EUR + d.d.p. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Saturday 3 August to Sunday 4 August
4) from 31 July to 3 August - TICKET OFFICE - maximum number of tickets 2000 + any remaining pre-sales
- FULL season ticket x 1 person for 4 days - 85 EUR. - Access valid for the entire duration of the festival, including camping, from Wednesday 31 July to Sunday 4 August.
- FULL season ticket x 1 person for 3 days - 70 EUR. - Access valid for the duration of the festival, including camping, from Thursday 1st August to Sunday 4th August.
- FULL TICKET x 1 person for 2 days - 55 EUR - Access valid for the duration of the festival, including camping, from Friday 2nd August to Sunday 4th August.
- DAY TICKET x 1 person - 30 EUR - Access valid for the duration of the festival, including camping, from Saturday 3 August to Sunday 4 August.
5) BLIND OFFER
ONLINE PRESALE from 2nd July to 28th July - maximum number of tickets 1000.
DAY TICKET x 1 person - 40 EUR + p.d. - Access valid from 7 a.m. on Wednesday 31 July (Blind Guardian's day) to 1.30 a.m. (on the night between Wednesday and Thursday).
TICKET OFFICE ON 31 July - only for any remaining pre-sales
DAY TICKET x 1 person - 45 EUR - Access valid from 14.00 on Wednesday 31 July (Blind Guardian's day) to 01:30 (on the night between Wednesday and Thursday).
ATTENTION! In order to ensure a safe exit, the buyer must show proof of identity and leave an additional deposit of 40 euros (CASH ONLY) at the festival ticket office. The deposit will then be refunded to the purchaser upon exit. At the same time, the wristband will be removed. In order to obtain the deposit, the buyer must leave the festival area by 01.30 on the night between Wednesday and Thursday.
Is it possible to attend only one day of the festival?
The festival is designed to be experienced in its entirety as a long experiential holiday. There is no single ticket for Thursday and Friday, but there is the possibility of purchasing a Day Ticket for Wednesday 31st July and Saturday 3rd August.
In addition, on 2nd July 1,000 DAY TICKETS valid only for Wednesday 31 July, Blind Guardian's day, will go on sale. These tickets can be purchased on the Ciaotickets circuits at the price of 40 EUR + d.d.p. and will be valid for the day of Wednesday 31st, with access from 7.00 a.m. on Wednesday until 1.30 a.m. (of the night between Wednesday and Thursday).

Is it also possible to purchase tickets on behalf of a third party?

Is there a maximum capacity?
The maximum capacity of the event is 13,000 people. The capacity may be reduced based on and safety & security regulations.
Can I buy tickets on site?
The on-site ticket office will be open starting Wednesday, July 31st at 07:00 a.m.
N.B. The on-site ticket office will remain open for the duration of the festival, except for the night period from 03 AM to 07 AM.
A live h24 system of counting remaining tickets will be available on our website and will be activated starting Wednesday, July 31st.
We are a group of friends, is there a discount for groups?
On the Tickets page you will find details of the Community special ticket offer.
How does the FULL COMMUNITY ticket work?
The FULL COMMUNITY ticket requires the names of all participants (which can then be changed from the Ciaotickets website for a fee of 2 EUR each).
You will then be sent 6 digital tickets, with QR codes to scan individually at the entrance.
Therefore, it is not necessary to arrive all at once, but be careful in delivering the ticket to all Community participants.
Do children pay admission?
Children up to 12 years old do not pay. Valid ID is required.
What if I buy the ticket and then can't come?
No problem. In cooperation with CiaoTickets, we have activated an official ticket resale channel with name change.

I am disabled, is there any specific ticket I can purchase?
The festival's policy about people with disabilities is to provide free admission for the accompanying person. As for the disabled person, it is recommended to bring disability certificate.
Ho acquistato il biglietto per 3 giorni: posso entrare al festival nella notte tra mercoledì e giovedì?
No, per il biglietto 3 giorni l'ingresso al festival è consentito dalle ore 07:00 di giovedì 1 agosto.
CAMPING
Is camping free of charge?
Yes, access to camping area is free and included in the ticket price. Be aware! You MUST bring your own tent!
I bought a ticket, do I need to book a pitch?
Can I arrive the day before the festival starts and pitch my tent?
No, entry to the festival area is allowed from 07:00 AM on Wednesday, July 31st.
Can I enter the campsite with my car to unload?
Yes, only from 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday 31 July will it be possible to enter to unload luggage by car. Only the designated driver will be allowed to enter, however after collecting his or her wristband and will be escorted by our qualified staff. Once you have unloaded your luggage, you must take your car out of the festival grounds, but not after 12:00 p.m.
Can I enter the campground with my car to load in luggages on Sunday 4th?
Yes, car entry to load luggage will be allowed from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 4th. Cars will enter following instructions by our staff and exit through the Service Entrance. However, it remains strictly forbidden to enter through the Service Entrance.
WARNING. In case of unusability of the grounds due to rain or extraordinary weather events, the organization reserves the right to block the access of cars for baggage loading.
Can I enter with a motorcycle?
You cannot enter the festival area with your motorcycle. Just outside the ticket office, however, you will find dedicated Bikers Area, where you can park your vehicle.
What time do I have to leave the camping area?
The campground must be cleared by 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 4th, 2024.
I come in an RV, is there a dedicated area?
Yes. At the entrance to the festival, an area of more than 4 acres is dedicated to campers. The area is set up with water tanks for waste management.
Is there a dedicated area for families?
Yes. Within the festival an area of the campsite is exclusively made available for families with accompanying children. Fenced off and equipped with dedicated restrooms, this is a quiet camping area for those who want to enjoy the festival as a family.
Is it possible to buy or rent a tent on site?
Yes, although we recommend booking online. Each year we provide No. 70 Deluxe tents for those who want to come to the festival traveling light.
Is it possible to light a fire?
It is strictly forbidden to light fires on the ground throughout the festival area. However, BBQs and other certified cooking devices may be used, as long as they are kept at a proper distance from the tents and always supervised by an operator.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, animals are allowed as long as they are on a leash.
What kind of facilities will I find in the camping area?
The camping area is equipped with chemical toilets, showers, lighting and free drinking water supply points.
In the Market Square, you will also be able to buy bread, cheese, fruits, vegetables and meat for cooking, all carefully sourced from local farmers.
There are no outlets for electricity, but the organization provides cell phone charging totems.
Is it possible to bring in power generators?
No. No power generators are allowed. However, small solar kits with inverters for charging electronic devices are allowed.
Is it possible to set up a gazebo/shade cloth over one's own tent?
Yes, as long as the structure is stable and does not encroach on other people's space. Ties should be placed as close to the structure as possible. Only the use of camping stakes is permitted. Irons or sticks not covered by appropriate plastic caps will be removed by the organization.
Is it possible to buy camping supplies at the festival?
Yes. There will be a hardware booth inside the festival stocked with the following items: ropes and lanyards, pegs, gas cylinders, light bulbs and electrical materials, gas stoves , barbecues, charcoal, compostable plates, electrical tape, extension cords, zip ties, toilet paper, soap, shower foam, napkins, tablecloths, tools, grills, shade netting, stakes etc.
Tents and sleeping bags will not be available, for which we recommend gearing up in advance
What is NOT allowed to be brought inside the festival?
In addition to generators, glass, weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, explosives and anything that may disturb the peace and quiet (e.g. vuvuzelas!!!) is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN.
Can I bring sound systems to put music in the camping area?
Small sound systems for musical entertainment of your camp are allowed. However, large sound systems are strictly prohibited. However, music must be kept at a volume that does not disturb neighboring encampments and will in any case be prohibited after 1:00 a.m. at night.
