BIGLIETTERIA
The entrance ticket is unique and not daily. It is strictly personal and entitles you to a self-locking bracelet which will be placed on your wrist by staff.
The bracelet authorizes you to enter and exit the Festival area at will, after being checked.
Removed or torn bracelets are non-refundable and lose their access value.
The ticket includes all concerts, car parking, camping and all cultural and sporting events.
Participation in Celtic games and workshops is not included.

PREVENDITE ONLINE
Per acquistare il titolo di ingresso in prevendita occorre effettuare il pagamento on-line tramite carta di credito su circuito CiaoTickets.
Stampare successivamente l’e-mail ricevuta che andrà presentata, insieme a un documento d’identità, alla cassa Prevendita all’ingresso del Festival.
L’acquisto sarà consegnato al Festival solo al titolare del pagamento.

TICKETS
Where can I buy tickets?
I biglietti sono acquistabili online tramite il circuito Ciaotickets oppure in tutti i punti vendita Ciaotickets presenti sul territorio nazionale. In base alla disponibilità, si possono acquistare i biglietti anche alla biglietteria del festival, aperta a partire da Giovedì 3 Agosto 2023 alle ore 07.00.
La biglietteria in loco rimarrà aperta per tutta la durata del festival, fatta eccezione per il periodo notturno che va dalle 03:00 alle 07:00.

Does the festival have a maximum capacity?
The maximum capacity of the event is 11,000 people. The capacity can be reduced on the basis of the provisions in force regarding prevention and safety & security.
Can I buy tickets on site?
We are a group of friends, is there a discount for groups?
Yes, on this page under the heading " ONLINE PRE-SALES" you will find the "Community" subscription.
Come funziona il biglietto FULL COMMUNITY?
Per il biglietto FULL COMMUNITY servono i nominativi di tutti i partecipanti (che possono poi essere modificati dal sito Ciaotickets per una fee di 2 EUR).
Vi verrano poi inviati i 6 biglietti digitali, con QR code da scansionare singolarmente all'ingresso.
Non è dunque necessario arrivare tutti insieme, ma siate accorti nel recapitare il biglietto a tutti i partecipanti della Community.
Do children pay for admission?
I bambini fino ai 12 anni non pagano. E’ necessario esibire documento d’identità in corso di validità.
Is it possible to participate in only one day of the festival?
Il festival è pensato per essere vissuto a pieno da Giovedì a Domenica.
Tuttavia, nel secondo scaglione (attivo a partire dall’11 Aprile) metteremo a disposizione anche abbonamenti da 2gg (validi a partire dalle ore 00.01 di Venerdì 4 Agosto fino a Domenica 6 Agosto) e Day Tickets (validi a partire dalle ore 00.01 di Sabato 5 Agosto fino a Domenica 6 Agosto). Non saranno emessi biglietti per il solo Giovedì o per il solo Venerdì.
Is it possible to change the name of a ticket already purchased?
Yes. The change must be made on the CiaoTicket website in the specific Change Name page.
I am disabled, are there any specific tickets I can purchase?
The festival's policy regarding people with disabilities is to provide a free entrance to the companion.
