In the summer of 2014, Steve “n” Seagulls shot three music videos on their farm in Finland. The second, a daring country-bluegrass reworking of AC/DC's classic, the untouchable Thunderstruck, took the internet by storm. Suddenly, this extraordinary band found themselves touring the world, recording album after album, combining musical styles like never before while remaining true to their hillbilly spirit and remarkable sense of humour, reaching the top of the Finnish charts and Billboard's bluegrass charts every time.
In 2025, their highly anticipated fifth album, “The Dark Side of the Moo”, was released, featuring 10 tracks including reinterpretations and original songs, and after an intense festival season, the tour took the band around Europe.
With almost 346 million views on YouTube alone, Steve “n” Seagulls have performed at some of the world's biggest festivals, including Wacken Open Air, Rescontres Trans Musicales, Nova Rock, Sweden Rock, etc., in over 30 countries and on four continents
