SHAKESPEARE JUKE BOX: TAROLOGICAL PRESENTATION-PERFORMANCE ON THE THEATRE OF THE BARD
with Cesare Catà
An original, interactive journey into William Shakespeare's theatre. The audience determines each course of the presentation by choosing from 22 different characters from the Bard's works. The performance, which uses special cards, refers directly to the theory and iconology of the Tarot, for a fascinating journey through Shakespeare's dramas, while at the same time exploring into the archetypes of the human soul. Storytelling, recitation and analysis of the meanings of the monologues (in Italian and English) together comprise this unique show, full of comedy and cabaret ideas that blend naturally with philosophical reflections. Each staging sees an unrepeatable journey among the texts chosen by the public through the cards, so each replica of the show is a different journey, and never the same as those previous.
