Alzamantes
Alzamantes was formed in Milan, 2010, with the aim of reviving forgotten European and Italian folk sounds, and re-arranging them into an engaging and unmistakable rock format.
The ethno-music repertoire is vast and ranges from Salento pizzica and Irish jigs, to original compositions, suites and songs from the popular tradition, with arrangements that are always varied and culturally intriguing. Enlivened by Balfolk dances, their stage set is high concentration, with an energy that will take you on a journey, and having you dancing and sweating!
